What is Soup Dumpling?
Soup Dumplings, originally called Xiao Long Bao, is a famous traditional Han Chinese pastry snack that first appeared in Changzhou Province, Jiangsu Province, during the Tongzhi Period of the Qing Dynasty, known for its "small size, big filling, juicy, fresh taste, thin skin and beautiful shape".

How to eat Soup Dumpling?
As the dumplings contain a lot of soup, it is important to eat them carefully.
1. First, chuck the dumplings into a small dish, being careful not to break the skin.
2. Take a small bite into the side of the dumpling and blow it slightly to cool it. (It is best not to eat the dumplings directly as the soup is hot, so hold them with chopsticks and blow on the soup, but do not pour it into the dish.)
3.The idea of eating the soup first is correct. The essence of the dumpling lies in the soup, and the way to ensure that the deliciousness of the dumpling is not lost is to wait until the soup has cooled slightly and then send the whole soup into your mouth, allowing the soup to completely envelop the dumpling in your mouth, sealing in the deliciousness without loss. The soup is the most important part of eating dumplings. When making the dumplings, the soup is condensed into a transparent solid gel, chopped up and mixed in, and when it is steamed, it all melts into the soup. (The skin of a good dumpling is as thin as paper and it won't break when you lift it around.) Carefully lift them out, place them in a bowl of vinegar (according to your needs) and suck them up against the top, and the delicious soup goes into your belly. But don't rush it or you'll burn it, then enjoy it slowly.
